양념소스:
양조(진)간장 2.5큰술
올리고당 1.5큰술
맛술 1.5큰술
설탕 1큰술
다진마늘 1/2큰술
다진생강 1/2작은술
굴소스 2/3큰술
물 2큰술
참기름 1큰술
후추

100g of water parsley
1/2 green onion
1/3 carrot
1/2 bag of enoki mushrooms
12 perilla leaves

Sauce:
2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide
1.5 tablespoons of cooking wine
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of minced ginger
2/3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
