Welcome to Day 14 of #AbCamp! Today we're talking about dietary do's and don'ts. We're also taking a trip to the Ab Camp Canteen where I share my favorite (EASY) recipes that are healthy and delicious. Don't miss the "ditch the white stuff" challenge to help decrease bloating and lose belly fat!
